Launched in 2014, Hostmaker was a technology-driven hospitality management company that took the hassle out of short/medium term rentals for homeowners. Hostmaker was operational in London, Paris, Cannes, Rome, Florence, Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon and Bangkok.
I joined the company in 2018 as the first Senior UX/UI Designer and I was in charge of designing all interfaces, operations portals and dashboards, both for company stakeholders as well as for our customers.
I also co-led the design process scaling through the creation of a component library from scratch, working with an agile, cross functional remote team.

Stacck was a venture-backed startup based in Singapore that developed communications and task management tools (via mobile apps and software) for businesses with distributed staff.
I joined the company as User Experience Lead Designer. In addition to leading all design efforts across platforms, one of my key responsibilities was to conduct in-depth user research (user interviews, usability tests, prototyping, etc.) to help the company learn as fast as possible and iterate its products in a lean manner.
Adolfo Dominguez is a publicly-traded Spanish fashion group with over 500 stores globally, with ecommerce being its most relevant one.
I joined the company to lead the UX/UI team, and was in charge of strategizing, creating and executing all user interactions across digital selling channels.
One of the crucial goals was to strike a balance between a perfect user experience (aligned with maximizing order numbers, improving conversion ratios) and clean aesthetics which are a signature trademark of the company's brand identity.
